What Is Pizza?

As we all know that pizza is a famous Italian dish that is liked by everyone. So, Pizza is a Latin word that means to pound or stamp. Its shape is flat and round. It is made with oven baked. Also, it is the most popular food in the world. Flatbread baked with toppings of different ingredients existed in many countries like Egypt, Greece, and Italy, in the 1700 and 1800s. Pizza got popular in Naples in 1900 and it was introduced in America. Basically, it is a piece of dough covered with cheese, chicken, mushrooms, olives, capsicum, and sweet corn. So, what are we waiting for? Let’s start our recipe.

What Is Pizza Made From?

Pizza has three main elements. Crust, sauce, and toppings. F It is made by various people with different varieties and methods.

CRUST: It is made with a combination of water, yeast, white flour, salt, and oil.

SAUCE: It is made up of red tomatoes, water, oil, black pepper, and salt. So, It is spread on the crust of pizza and then put chicken and veggies on it.

TOPPINGS: Cheese is the basic ingredient for toppings. Toppings are added according to the taste. Which are included by

Preparation Of Pizza

STEP 1: How to prepare dough

For the preparation of dough, you have to take white flour in it. Then you will add a little bit of ghee or oil and then will knee it. Also, you have to add salt to that dough. Then you will put it for 5 to 6 minutes. After some time, your dough will be ready. So, you can easily make small balls from it and make thick roti from it. So, our first step will be complete.

Step 2: Prepare The Pizza Base

So, our next step is to prepare the pizza base. For this, you will have to heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Now, it’s time to prepare the pizza base when the dough is ready. Take a little bit of dry flour and a large quantity of pizza dough.

Then, roll this dough into a nice circular base by using a rolling pin. Once the base is done, use a fork to hole into the base with it so the base doesn’t rise up and is baked properly. Then, put it into the oven which is already preheated and bake it for 10 minutes. Now, the pizza base is ready.

Step 3: Chop all the vegetables for the pizza

Our third step is to chop all the vegetables for the pizza. So, chop capsicum, olives, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes, and also grate the cheese for it. After chopping these veggies you will have to put them in a pan and then stir fry all these veggies. So, Our third step will be completed.

Step 4: Spread sauce and veggies on a base

In step 4, you have to take the base and then put pizza sauce and veggies like capsicum, sweet corn, mushrooms, and olives in it. Then, spread cheese on it. So, your step 4 will be completed.

Step 5: Bake pizza at 250 degree celcius

Lastly, preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celcius. Then, bake pizza on it. After that, your pizza will be ready to serve.
