Preparation Of White Sauce Pasta

First, you have to take oil or ghee in a pan.
Then add white flour to it.
Then add milk to it.
After that, you will add salt and black pepper powder as per taste.
Then you will add cream, capsicum, olives, and mushroom in it.
At last, you will have to add cheese to it.
Give it some time to cook. After some time your white sauce will be ready.
Now, for another step, you have to put some water in a pan and add penne pasta to it. Also, add oil and salt as per taste in it.
Now, give it some time to boil. Then put this penne into the sauce you have prepared.
